⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with The Drain Authority. They came out on a Saturday and quickly took care of a clogged drain caused by a root. Shane did a great job. He was on time and scoped the whole sewer line before, during and after the cleanout. He explained the difference between mechanical and hydrojetting options and why mechanical rooting out the line was preferrable to hydrojetting. HIs mechanical rooter did a much better job than the mechanical rooter used by a previous plumber. If you have a clogged sewer line, I would highly recommend Shane. Shane did an excellent job fixing my recurring kitchen sink drain problem. I've had the same clog come back every two to three years since 2018, and this was the fourth time. I'm so thankful I found The Drain Authority. Shane responded to my text quickly and was at my house just a few hours later. He explained the difference between traditional drain snaking and hydro jetting, and assured me that hydro jetting was safe for my kitchen drainpipes, which were installed in 2004. Before this latest clog, I didn't even realize the previous method used to clear my drain was called "snaking", or that there were different ways to deal with stubborn clogs. The hydro jetting was absolutely worth it. Knowing that years of hardened buildup were finally broken apart and flushed away gives me real peace of mind. Hopefully, I won't have to worry about my kitchen sink clogging every few years anymore. After clearing the drain, Shane also used the camera to inspect the pipe and found a section with a slight sag. That finally explained why I kept having recurring clogs even though I was always very careful about what went down the sink. Shane is highly skilled, professional, and efficient.
